Yes. Only a bank issued card is allowed and not pre-paid cards. The renter must be 25 or older. The LDW and BLI are optional when valid proof of insurance is provided. Your insurance must have both comprehensive and liability insurance. The deposit is $250.00 on the card plus the amount of the rental. The $250.00 is refunded once the vehicle is returned.

YES. Charlie Car Rental has a location in the Condado area. Any one needing a shuttle to/from the cruise ship area can drop off the vehicle any day between 8am-4pm for shuttle service to/from the cruise ship areas. This service is free of charge.

YES, When you rent a car from our Conado location you can drop it off at our Isla Verde (main office) location and complimentary shuttle service is provided to the airport.
