What to do once you arrive

Turn on the water pump and Propane gas

• The pump switch is located on the outside wall by the blue water tanks
• Turn valve on the Propane gas tank to turn on
• Personal effects

It is recommended that if you leave for an extended period of time,
to close the LIVING room windows

• If it rains with wind, the rain will get into the house

Do not take the A/C controls off of the wall

• They work were they are placed
• Close the windows tightly

When you are finished with your rental

• Leave all trash in the outside trashcans
• Close all of the windows
• Turn off the water pumps and gas
